Abstract:
Disclosed are a processing device and processing method for an upper and lower film integrated packaging bag, relating to the technical field of packaging bag processing devices. Specifically, the processing device comprises a main film conveying apparatus, a side pleat film conveying apparatus, a side pleat film folding apparatus, a main film folding apparatus, a cutting line apparatus, a spot heating apparatus, a template forming apparatus, a side pleat corner folding apparatus and a cutting apparatus. The processing device and processing method for an upper and lower film integrated packaging bag utilize a single-layer film as a packaging bag raw material, thereby replacing two-layer film raw material production means utilized in traditional packaging bag processing, obviating the need for press-heating two-layer film materials, avoiding the problem of skewed or unpressed portions at packaging bag press areas, and significantly increasing the firmness of a packaging bag product. The utilization of the single-layer film as the raw material minimizes packaging bag material loss, thereby reducing the generation of a large amount of waste material caused by edge cutting during packaging bag production.
