Abstract:
Disclosed are a processing method and apparatus for identifying damage of an object, a server and a client. Before using a rented object, a user may carry out photographing, take a video and the like by means of terminal devices such as a mobile phone to acquire the object damage conditions before the object is rented by the user. When returning the rented object, the user may take a video by using a terminal again to acquire the damage conditions of the object when being returned. In this way, whether car damage is caused by the user may be automatically identified by comparing damage information before and after the object is rented, and for the user, the damage conditions before using the object are clearly defined by the user with a service side before rental. On the other hand, by using the embodiments provided in the present description, working personnel of the service side may carry out identification, confirmation, examination and the like on vehicle damage without being on site, which may effectively save on labour costs, realizing rapid processing such as damage identification, responsibility determination and loss assessment, and improve the user experience and object damage processing efficiency.
