A processing method based on a multi-core wire processing device, which belongs to the field of semi-automatic wire stripping devices. The multi-core wire processing device comprises: a support frame (1), an outer sheath stripping assembly (2) and a core sheath stripping assembly (3); the outer sheath stripping assembly (2) is fixedly connected to the support frame (1), the core sheath stripping assembly (3) is fixedly mounted in the outer sheath stripping assembly (2), a multi-core wire passes through the outer sheath stripping assembly (2) and the core sheath stripping assembly (3), after the outer sheath stripping assembly (2) strips off the outer sheath of the multi-core wire, core sheaths of the multi-core wire are exposed below the core sheath stripping assembly (3), and after the core sheath stripping assembly (3) separates the core sheaths of the multi-core wire, core sheaths of inner core wires are deformed by the core sheath stripping assembly (3), so that metal wires fit the core sheaths of the inner core wires in an embedded manner. The metal wires fitting the core sheaths of the inner core wires in an embedded manner enables the core sheaths to be retained on the metal wires while the core sheaths are cut off, thereby solving the problem that the metal wires retained at the outside are easily bent by an external force and are disordered and even broken.
