Abstract:
Provided are a roller wire-stripping device and wire-stripping method, belonging to the field of automation devices. The roller wire-stripping device comprises: a support frame (1); a wire winding cylinder (2) rotationally connected to one upper end of the support frame (1); a delivery assembly (3) fixedly connected to the other upper end of the support frame (1); a cut-off assembly (4) fixedly connected to the end of the delivery assembly (3) near the wire winding cylinder (2); and a wire stripping assembly (5) fixedly connected to the end of the delivery assembly (3) away from the wire winding cylinder (2); one end of a wire is fixedly connected to the wire winding cylinder (2), and the other end passes, in sequence, through the cut-off assembly (4), the delivery assembly (3), and the wire-stripping assembly (5). The cut-off assembly (4) enables the wire to be cut to a predetermined length; by means of the delivery assembly (3), the cut wire can be delivered to the wire-stripping assembly (5) for stripping the two ends of the wire; after the wire is stripped, it is delivered outside the production line by means of the delivery assembly (3); thus the problem of low automation and long production cycles as a result of the fact that stripping devices in the prior art are not combined with a delivery assembly (3) to strip the ends of a wire is solved.
