Abstract:
A processing system for bamboo products, comprising a workbench (1). A moving component, a bamboo tube fixing component and a cutting component are provided on the workbench (1); the cutting component is fixedly connected to the workbench (1); the cutting component comprises a diameter limiting cylinder (11) in which a first hollow cavity is provided; a cutting cylinder (12) is fixedly connected to the diameter limiting cylinder (11); the diameter limiting cylinder (11) is located between the bamboo tube fixing member and the cutting cylinder (12); a second hollow cavity of the cutting cylinder (12) and the first hollow cavity are both cylinders, and the radius of the second hollow cavity is greater than that of the first hollow cavity; a cutter (22) is provided on the inner wall of the cutting cylinder (12); the cutter (22) comprises an inlet end (24) and an outlet end (25), the outlet end (25) is fixedly connected to the diameter limiting cylinder (11), the width of the inlet end (24) is smaller than that of the outlet end (25), and the bottom edge of the end surface of the outlet end (25) is externally tangent to the edge line of the first hollow cavity; the bamboo tube fixing component comprises an insertion cylinder (14) and a telescopic lead screw reinforcement assembly.
