Abstract:
The present invention comprises a conveyance-constraining mechanism for constraining products to be conveyed. The conveyance-constraining mechanism has a conveyance-constraining member which allows passage of products having a height equal to or less than a preset height, while catching products having a height exceeding the preset height and constraining the movement thereof downstream relative to the conveyance direction. The conveyance-constraining mechanism biasedly supports, with a preset biasing force, the conveyance-constraining member at a constraint position corresponding to the preset height, and supports the conveyance-constraining member such that the conveyance-constraining member can be compelled upward and downstream relative to the conveyance direction by an external force which exceeds the biasing force and is oriented downstream relative to the conveyance direction, and can return to the constraint position when the external force ceases.
