Abstract:
A production method for convenient rice at room temperature, relating to the technical field of food processing and comprising the main steps of rice washing and soaking, flavor blending, sub-packaging, cooking, sterile vacuum sealing, cooling crystallization, and storing at room temperature. An aqueous solution containing flavoring substances is used for conducting flavor blending, and a rapid cooking method is used for cooling crystallization. The obtained convenient rice can maintain the original flavor after storage for 90 days.
