Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method for a cookie that comprises whey, and more specifically relates to a cookie comprising whey, and a production method therefor, wherein whey, which is formed as a by-product during the process of producing cheese, is utilized as a raw material for a cookie, and thus the cookie has the nutrients included in whey and the health functions of whey, and, by mixing the optimum adjuncts in an appropriate ratio, functionality is improved and consumer preferences can be satisfied.
