Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a dried vitrigel film whereby a dried vitrigel film having a wrinkle-free smooth surface can be easily obtained. The method for producing a dried vitrigel film comprises, in the following order: step 1 for concentrically arranging and disposing member A, said member A having one or more concave parts, and member B, said member B having one or more through holes, so that the concaved parts overlap the through holes; step 2 for pouring a sol from the through holes of member B; step 3 for gelling the sol; step 4 for drying and vitrifying the hydrogel obtained in step 3 in the state of having been formed within member A and member B; step 5 for hydrating the dried hydrogel obtained in step 4; step 6 for drying and re-vitrifying the vitrigel obtained in step 5; and step 7 for cutting off a part, said part slightly covering the top face of member A, of the dried vitrigel obtained in step 6.
