Abstract:
The present invention is a production method for a light-emitting diode supply substrate that is for transferring a plurality of light-emitting diodes. The production method is characterized by including a first installation step for installing a plurality of light-emitting diodes on a supply substrate, a selective removal step for selectively removing defective light-emitting diodes from the supply substrate, and a second installation step for transferring normal light-emitting diodes to positions on the supply substrate at which the defective light-emitting diodes were positioned. The present invention thereby makes it possible to produce a light-emitting diode supply substrate that makes it possible to transfer a plurality of normal light-emitting diodes to a supply destination.
