Abstract:
As a molded body production method which, when avoiding problems in heat treatment for achieving nanocrystallization, make it less likely to be affected by the shape of the molded body, this method involves forming a raw material member containing a magnetic material having a hetero-amorphous composition, and heat-treating the molded raw material member to change the hetero-amorphous composition into a nanocrystalline composition, wherein problems in heat treatment are avoided by embedding the molded raw material member inside of a heat-radiating ceramic powder which has low reactivity with the raw material member and which has a heat conductivity of 20 W*m/K or greater.
