Abstract:
A production method for producing a plurality of organic EL elements (1) on a single substrate (2), the method comprising steps for forming, on the substrate (2), a first light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer of each of he organic EL elements (1), wherein the step for forming the first light-emitting layer uses a first host material and a first light-emitting compound having a maximum peak wavelength of at most 500 nm, the step for forming the second light-emitting layer uses a second host material and a second light-emitting compound having a maximum peak wavelength of at most 500 nm, and the triplet state energy T1 (H1) of the first host material and the triplet state energy T1 (H2) of the second host material satisfy an expression (expression 1). (Expression 1): T1 (H1) > T1 (H2)
