Abstract:
Provided is a novel production method for a substrate that is provided with a coating and that is obtained by using a plurality of fluorinated ether compounds. This production method for a substrate provided with a coating according to the present invention has: a step for forming a first coating in a region that is a portion of the main surface of the substrate by using a first fluorinated ether compound having a poly(oxyfluoroalkylene) chain and a reactive silyl group; and a step for forming a second coating in a region that is a portion of the main surface of the substrate and is different from the region where the first coating is formed, by using a second fluorinated ether compound having a poly(oxyfluoroalkylene) chain and a reactive silyl group, wherein the first and second fluorinated ether compounds are different from each other.
