Abstract:
A projector lens comprising, sequentially in this order from the projection surface side, a first lens group including at least two negative meniscus lenses having positive refractive power, with the convex surfaces facing toward the projection surface side and a second lens group having positive refractive power, and an aperture stop arranged between the first lens group and the second lens group wherein the first lens group includes at least one aspherical lens and the following formula: 5.5 < BF/Y < 15.0 is satisfied, where BF is back focus in terms of air, and Y is the maximum object height.
