A propeller (100), comprising a hub (10) and blades (20). The blades (20) are connected to the hub (10). At positions from which the distances to the center of the hub (10) are 46.9%, 54.4%, 61.9%, and 69.4% of the radius of the propeller (100), angles of attack of the blades (20) are respectively 17.17°±2.5°, 14.99°±2.5°, 13.50°±2.5°, and 12.59°±2.5°. A power assembly (200), comprising a driving member (30) and the propeller (100). The propeller (100) is connected to the driving member by means of the hub (10). An aerial vehicle, comprising a body and the power assembly (200). The power assembly (200) is connected to the body (50). Such a configuration can reduce air resistance, increase pull force of the blade, reduce the overall noise of the aerial vehicle, increase the pull force of the blade and the efficiency of the propeller, optimize a forward flight condition of the aerial vehicle, and ensure that good force effect, pull force and rotating speed characteristics are also achieved in the forward flight condition, thereby ensuring the forward flight performance of the whole aerial vehicle.
