Disclosed is a propeller (100), comprising a propeller hub (10) and paddles (20), wherein the paddles (20) are connected to the propeller hub (10), and the angles of attack of the paddles (20) are 19.74°±2.5°, 17.51°±2.5°, 14.67°±2.5°and 11.70°±2.5°respectively at 43.7%, 54.7%, 65.6% and 76.6% of the radius of the propeller (100) from the center of the propeller hub (10). Disclosed is a power assembly (200), comprising a driving member (30) and the propeller (100), wherein the propeller (100) is connected to the driving member (30) by means of the propeller hub (10). Disclosed is an aircraft (1000), comprising a fuselage (50) and the power assembly (200), wherein the power assembly (200) is connected to the fuselage (50). By means of the arrangement, the air resistance can be reduced, the pulling force of the paddles is improved, the overall noise of the aircraft is reduced, the pulling force of the paddles and the propeller efficiency are improved, the forward flight working condition of the aircraft can be optimized, and it is guaranteed that the aircraft has good force effect, pulling force and rotating speed characteristics under the forward flight working condition, and therefore, the forward flight performance of the whole aircraft is guaranteed.
