Abstract:
Provided is a prorenin receptor peptide having enhanced ability to induce an antibody against a prorenin receptor. The prorenin receptor peptide of the present disclosure includes the following polypeptide (P1), (P2) or (P3): (P1) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS: 1-3; (P2) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence obtained by deleting, substituting or adding 1-3 amino acids in an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS: 1-3; and (P3) a polynucleotide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 80% sequence identity with an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS: 1-3.
