Abstract:
A prosthetic heart valve and a preparation method therefor, the preparation method being as follows: cross-linking heterogeneous biological tissues by means of in-situ copolymerisation, compounding same with a hydrogel, and suitably dehydrating the obtained biological tissue to obtain dry biological tissue; the biological tissue has strong mechanical strength and tear resistance in a wet state and good elasticity and flexibility in a dry state, will not produce permanent deformation under long-term stress conditions, and can recover the original shape when placed in water, and can therefore be pre-mounted in a dry state on a valve delivery system during production, reducing the production and transportation costs of traditional interventional biological valves and shortening the surgery time. Also, the aldehyde-based residue caused by the cross-linking of glutaraldehyde in conventional interventional biological valves is avoided, the anti-calcification performance of the valve is improved and blood compatibility is enhanced, and the service life of the valve is prolonged.
