Abstract:
A prosthetic valve facilitating valve leaflet capture, comprising: an expandable stent (1) configured for support and anchoring, the expandable stent (1) having an inflow end (11) and an outflow end (12), the expandable stent (1) being provided with a plurality of connecting structures (13) at the outflow end (12), the connecting structures (13) being provided with a support rod (14), and a first end of the support rod (14) being connected to the connecting structures (13); a positioning member (2) configured for positioning and clamping an autologous valve leaflet, the positioning member (2) comprising a connecting portion (21) disposed at a distal end and a positioning portion (22) at a proximal end, and the connecting portion (21) being connected to a second end of the support rod (14); and a delivery system (4) configured for delivering the prosthetic valve; wherein the positioning portion (22) of the positioning member (2) is configured to extend from within the delivery system (4) when the prosthetic valve reaches a target position, and both ends of the expandable stent (1) are configured to be restricted by the delivery system (4) when the prosthetic valve reaches the target position, causing the proximal end of the support rod (14) to support, relative to the distal end of the support rod (14), toward the exterior of the expandable stent (1), and driving the positioning portion (22) of the positioning member (2) to support toward the exterior of the expandable stent (1).
