Abstract:
It is intended to provide a carrier for a protein such as an enzyme, an antibody and the like, which can adsorb and efficiently inactivate various bacteria, fungi, viruses, allergic substances and the like. In order for an enzyme or an antibody substance to effectively function on a filter, a surface treatment agent, in which a composition ratio (alkylene glycol component/hydrocarbon component) is in the range of (50/50) to (100/0) in terms of mass ratio, is used and a polyester substrate containing polyester and an amorphous copolymerized polyester component as constituents of a single sheet is used as a substrate. The protein carrier of the invention can be realized by a simple method of immersing the substrate in a protein solution.
