Abstract:
Disclosed are: (a) a step where, on a micro-engraved plate that consists of microscopic grooves that have a specific mouth shape, nucleic acids and an acellular protein synthesis system are prepared within said microscopic grooves; (b) a step where a substrate is layered on top of the micro-engraved plate in such a manner that, after synthesis within the microscopic grooves, the proteins or peptides are in contact with the substrate; and (c) a step where, in the microscopic grooves, the acellular protein synthesis system is used and proteins or peptides are synthesised from the nucleic acids and the proteins or peptides are fixed to the substrate along the specific mouth shapes of the microscopic grooves.
