Abstract:
A proximity sensor (1) is configured from a plurality of first substrates (111, 112, 113, 114, 115) and a second substrate (12). The plurality of first substrates (111, 112, 113, 114, 115) are each provided with an optical sensor (23) for detecting light intensity and an MCU (25) for generating a signal relating to the light intensity detected by the optical sensor (23). The second substrate (12) is provided with a microprocessor (31) for acquiring position information relating to the position of an object to be detected from the signals generated by the MCUs (25) of the plurality of first substrates (111, 112, 113, 114, 115). Further, the first substrates (111, 112, 113, 114, 115) and second substrate (12) are provided with a distribution cable (13) for transmitting signals or position information generated by the MCUs (25) from the first substrates (111, 112, 113, 114, 115) to the second substrate (12).
