Abstract:
A psychological monitoring and relieving system (10) and method based on a digital helmet (1). The method comprises: detecting the carotid artery pulse signal of a user by using a pulse sensor (11), and detecting the respiratory rate of the user by using a respiration sensor (12); analyzing the degree of mental stress of the autonomic nervous system according to the carotid artery pulse signal and the respiratory rate; detecting the brain waves in the brain of the user by using a brain-wave sensor (13), and analyzing the degree of mental stress of the central nervous system according to the brain waves; calculating the psychological stress score of the user according to the degree of mental stress of the autonomic nervous system and the degree of the mental stress of the central nervous system; and guiding the user to perform regular respiration training to self-relieve psychological stress when the psychological stress score of the user exceeds the normal psychological stress score of the human body. The system can accurately monitors the psychological stress condition of soldiers in a digital battlefield, and guides the soldiers to relieve psychological stress through regular respiration training.
