Abstract:
Disclosed is a PTFE-based membrane tube shell device for marine fouling organism adhesion prevention for an offshore wind power single pile, which relates to the technical field of marine engineering equipment. The device comprises several prefabricated plate assemblies which can be assembled on site, wherein four plate assemblies are provided in the outer circumferential direction of a single pile, and several plate assemblies are provided along the single pile from above a marine mud plane to a lower rim opening portion of a ship berthing structure; each plate assembly comprises connecting members which are integrally formed and located on inner sides of two ends of an inner arc, each connecting member is provided with a connecting bolt hole and a connecting bolt which are centrally arranged in the lengthwise direction thereof, and adjacent plate assemblies are connected and fixed by means of the connecting bolts; and a PTFE-based membrane is bonded to the outer arc surface of the plate assembly, and head and tail ends of adjacent PTFE-based membranes overlap each other and are clamped in adjacent connecting members. On the basis of the low surface tension and high lubrication performance of the PTFE-based membrane, the PTFE-based membranes are bonded to surfaces of prefabricated glass reinforced plastic tube shell members, which solves the problem of preventing the physical adsorption of marine fouling organisms by a marine single pile and the adhesion of biocenosis mucous membrane thereto.
