Abstract:
One of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a pulse discharge power supply used for generating a pulse discharge. The pulse discharge power supply is provided with a pulse generating unit, a control circuit, a current detection unit, and a current signal processing unit. The pulse generating unit generates a first pulse, and applies that to a discharge load for generating the pulse discharge. The current detection unit detects current that flows to the discharge load by application of the pulse. The current signal processing unit outputs a signal to the control circuit on the basis of the integration results of the detected current. The control circuit controls the generation of a second pulse in the pulse generating unit on the basis of the received signal.
