Abstract:
A pump device (20), which comprises a spray connecting head (202) and a plunger pump (10); the plunger pump (10) comprises a pump assembly (100) and a reciprocating assembly (200); the pump assembly (100) comprises a pump body (110) and a plunger (120); the reciprocating assembly (200) comprises a power source (210), a power shaft (220), and a reciprocating member (230); The reciprocating member (230) is in transmissive cooperation with the power shaft (220); the plunger (120) is connected to the reciprocating member (230); when the power source (210) drives the power shaft (220) to impel the plunger (120) to reciprocate in a volumetric cavity (111) by means of the reciprocating member (230), a fluid can be drawn into the volumetric cavity (111) from a first channel (112) and discharged from a second channel (113), thereby achieving pumping of the fluid; guide rods (130) are connected to the pump body (110), a guide sleeve (231) is formed on an outer wall of the reciprocating member (230), the guide rods (130) are arranged as passing within the guide sleeve (231), and the length direction of the guide rods (130) is consistent with the direction of reciprocating movement of the plunger (120). Furthermore, when the reciprocating member (230) drives the plunger (120) to move back and forth, by utilizing the guiding cooperation between the guide rods (130) and the guide sleeve (231), stability of the plunger (120) in the reciprocating movement direction can be effectively ensured, thereby ensuring the stability of fluid pumping in and pumping out.
