Abstract:

Provided is a rare earth metal and alkaline earth metal-modified low-carbon alkane dehydrogenation catalyst, which belongs to the technical field of petrochemical engineering. Using the total mass of the catalyst on a dry basis for calculation, the catalyst comprises 0.1-2 wt% of active metal platinum based on oxide mass, 0.1-5 wt% of a first auxiliary agent based on oxide mass, 0.1-5 wt % of a second auxiliary agent based on oxide mass, and 68-99.6 wt% of a zinc aluminate carrier; the first auxiliary agent is selected from at least one among the rare earth metals, manganese, copper, and zinc; and the second auxiliary agent is selected from at least one among the alkaline earth metals. The provided catalyst utilizes zinc aluminate having low surface acidity as a carrier, preparation is carried out by using a negative pressure impregnation or an isovolumetric impregnation method, same has good dehydrogenation performance, a high conversion rate and selectivity, good stability, is environmentally friendly, has a simple preparation process, can readily be adapted for industrial use.
