Abstract:
A pure rolling generation grinding machining apparatus for an equal common normal gear helix template, using a dividing table (10-1) to accurately control the angle between oilstone grinding working surfaces (1-1-1) and a base cylinder axis, so as to control the helix angle of the base circle of an involute helix surface; using a wedge block (4-1, 4-2) mechanism to drive high-precision vertical motion of an oilstone assembly (1) in the vertical direction, so as to adjust the position of an oilstone grinding working area; and accurately adjusting the distance between two oilstone grinding working surfaces (1-1-1) by means of gauge blocks, so as to control the machining length of three tooth common normals of the gear helix template. The pure rolling generation grinding machining apparatus for an equal common normal gear helix template complies with the generation principle of an involute helix surface, has no machining principle error, and the equal common normal structure cancels out grinding normal forces on the gear helix template during machining, which helps to improve grinding precision of the gear helix template, and can implement machining of level-1 precision gear helix template.
