Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel compound which has histamine H4 receptor modulating activity. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate of the compound or salt. (In the formula, ring A represents an aromatic heterocyclic ring; -B1 represents a group represented by -X-(CR8aR8b)m-Y; X represents a group represented by N(R7c) or the like; R7c represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; R8a and R8b each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the like; m represents an integer of 0-5; Y represents a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylthio group or the like; and -B2 represents a group represented by formula (II) (wherein R10s each independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; R11 represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; and p represents an integer of 0-4) or the like.)
