Abstract:
Provided is a quality data management system that is capable of efficiently managing quality data of each product. This quality data management system is provided with: a plurality of baking process identification tags (30) or assembly process identification tags (50); a plurality of two-dimensional barcode readers (20); and a database server (40). A tag number is given to each of the identification tags. Each of the identification tags circulates as a result of, after being moved through a plurality of processes together with a core body or a core, being returned to a baking process or an assembly process, which is the first to be performed among the processes. Each of the two-dimensional barcode readers (20) reads the tag numbers of the identification tags during each of the processes. The database server (40) stores core serial numbers of the core bodies and the identification tags associated with each other, during the baking process or the assembly process. In addition, the database server (40) stores quality data after associating the quality data with the core serial numbers associated with the tag numbers read by the two-dimensional barcode readers (20) during each process.
