Title:
QUALITY-OF-EXPERIENCE DEGRADATION ESTIMATION DEVICE, MACHINE LEARNING METHOD, QUALITY-OF-EXPERIENCE DEGRADATION ESTIMATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/228256
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to make it possible for a communication company to ascertain, as accurately as possible, what sort of service impact there actually is on users, even without a communication quality measurement application being installed on the communication terminals of all users using a prescribed communication network, and even without the communication company deploying proprietary measurement terminals in a wide area. For that purpose, in the present disclosure, a quality-of-experience degradation estimation device that trains a machine learning model through machine learning in a learning phase includes: an acquisition unit that acquires information about the user experience quality from a user communication terminal, and acquires, from a communication network, measurement information relating to data transfer corresponding to the information about the user experience quality; a degradation determination unit that determines whether the user experience quality is as good as a prescribed threshold value or above; and a machine learning unit that trains a machine learning model through machine learning, by associating the measurement information and prescribed user experience quality information for which the degradation determination unit determined that the user experience quality was as good as the prescribed threshold value or above.
