Abstract:
This quality influence factor identification assistance device is provided with: a data collection unit (1) that collects product quality data and process data in a batch process; a storage unit (2) that stores the product quality data and the process data; a feature amount extraction unit (3) that extracts feature amounts of the process data; a feature amount classification unit (4) that classifies the feature amounts into groups on the basis of similarities among the feature amounts; a representative feature amount selection unit (5) that selects a representative feature amount for each of the groups on the basis of a relationship with the product quality data for the group; a candidate identification unit (6) that identifies a representative feature amount contributing to fluctuation of the product quality data from among the representative feature amounts as a quality influence factor candidate; and an identification result notification unit (7) that notifies a user of the identification result.
