Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a qPCR probe and the like as a novel means for enabling the detection of human cells transplanted or administered to non-human animals. [Solution] A quantitative PCR probe comprising: a sequence that can be hybridized with an oligonucleotide comprising a continuous sequence of 10-35 bases from within a predetermined base sequence derived from the human LINE-1 gene; and a labeling part. The quantitative PCR probe can be used in the production and the like of a quantitative PCR kit additionally containing a forward primer derived from human LINE-1 and a reverse primer derived from human LINE-1 (the individual sequences are in a predetermined positional relationship).
