Abstract:
A quantitative test method of a semen liquefying capability, conducting quantitative test analysis on the semen liquefying capability according to the steps of sample preparation, pattern acquisition, quantitative pattern analysis and curve analysis, indirectly representing the semen liquefying capability according to a change in color depth of a black region shielded by a semen sample, and conducting quantitative analysis on the semen liquefying capability on the basis of a change in a grey level value over time, thus effectively and objectively conducting a standard test on the semen liquefying capability, and eliminating an error in artificial detection and determination.
