Abstract:
The present application relates to a quantum dot light-emitting diode component, comprising: a cathode and an anode arranged opposite one another; a light-emitting layer, said light-emitting layer being arranged between the cathode and the anode, and the material of the light-emitting layer comprising a cross-link polymer formed from a first hole transport material and quantum dots embedded in the cross-link polymer; a hole transport layer, said hole transport layer being arranged between the light-emitting layer and the anode, the material of the hole transport layer being a second hole transport material. The present application also relates to a preparation method for the quantum dot light-emitting diode component and a display panel.
