Abstract:
A water delivery delay valve (100) for use in a pipe-in-pipe, and a hot water discharge system thereof. The hot water discharge system comprises a water heater (101), a liquid inlet valve (102) and a pipe-in-pipe pipeline (103). A branch end of the pipe-in-pipe pipeline (103) is provided with a water delivery delay valve (100) installed by means of a pipe-in-pipe connector. The water delivery delay valve (100) comprises a valve body (1). The valve body (1) is provided with a liquid outlet port (11) and a pipe-in-pipe connecting end (12). An inner flow channel (14) and an outer flow channel (15) are arranged on the pipe-in-pipe connecting end (12). The liquid outlet port (11) is in communication with the inner flow channel (14) and the outer flow channel (15) by means of the valve body (1). A delay sealing part (4) that separates the inner and outer flow channels is arranged in the interior of the pipe-in-pipe connecting end (12). A damping piston (2) and a first reset piece (3) that provides elastic force are arranged in the inner cavity of the valve body (1). The damping piston (2) is installed on the outer wall or the inner wall of the delay sealing part (4), sealing off the outer flow channel (15) or inner flow channel (14); when an internal medium pushes the damping piston (2), causing the damping piston to separate from the delay sealing part (4), the delayed release of liquid in the channel where the damping piston (2) is located is achieved.
