Abstract:
The present invention relates to a queue number ticket issuance system and method having a location tracking function for transmitting a queue number ticket image, including a location tracking code with a queue number, to a queue customer terminal. The present invention comprises: a request receiving unit that receives a queue number request from the queue customer terminal; a terminal information identification unit that identifies the identification information of the queue customer terminal that has transmitted the queue number request received by the request receiving unit; a queue number granting unit that gives a queue number to the queue customer terminal that has transmitted the queue number request to the request receiving unit; an image generation unit that generates a queue number ticket image, including the queue number and a location tracking code granted by the queue number granting unit; and an image transmission unit that transmits the queue number ticket image generated by the image generation unit to the queue customer terminal, and the present invention can provide a queue number ticket issuance system and method having a location tracking function that can identify the location information of queue customers and flexibly adjust the queue order by issuing queue number tickets to customers by means of a queue number ticket issuance system equipped with a location tracking function and simultaneously sending the customers location tracking codes therewith.
