Abstract:
A quinazoline compound represented by general formula (I), which is useful as a medicine having the activity as a calmodulin-dependent cGMP-PDE inhibitor, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 represent each independently hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.; and R6 and R7 represent each independently hydrogen, carboxyalkyl, etc.
