Abstract:
A quote procurement service device (2) determines the purchasing department from which to request a quote from among one within the corporation or outside the corporation to which the person in charge of requests belongs, on the basis of a category which indicates whether or not the purchasing department must be determined within the corporation according to the person in charge of requests, and a classification code which indicates a product or service related to the request. In addition, another purchasing department that may possibly be a substitute for the purchasing department is acquired for each request, on the basis of the category, classification code, and purchasing department. At this time, the other purchasing department is acquired on the basis of a priority order of the purchasing departments and a pre-set association between the purchasing department and the other purchasing department.
