Abstract:
A radiation detector according to the present invention includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of pixels each including a photoelectric conversion element and being provided on the surface of the substrate, and a scintillator which is layered on the substrate and which has a plurality of corner parts. In each of the corner parts of the scintillator, the outer edge thereof is disposed further toward the inside of the substrate than extension lines of the sides sharing the corner part.
