Title:
RADIO BASE STATION, USER TERMINAL, AND TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/029729
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to allow a transmission power control of upstream signals suitable for a case of using a non-orthogonal multiplex access (NOMA) in an uplink. A radio base station of the present invention comprises: a determination unit that determines whether to non-orthogonal multiplex the upstream signals of a plurality of user terminals; a transmission unit that transmits, to the user terminals, on the basis of a result of the determination performed by the determination unit, switching information, which instructs a switching to one of a first transmission power control method used in a case of non-orthogonal multiplexing the upstream signals or a second transmission power control method used in a case of not non-orthogonal multiplexing the upstream signals, and transmission power determination information used for determining the transmission powers of the upstream signals; and a reception unit that receives the upstream signals transmitted from the user terminals by use of the transmission powers determined on the basis of the switching information and the transmission power determination information.
