Abstract:
A radio communication terminal is provided which can improve the assignment efficiency and use efficiency of radio resources for the communication of user data between a radio communication terminal and a radio base station device. This radio communication terminal communicates with a radio base station device over a network in which a multiplicity of radio communication schemes are utilized in a mixed manner, and is provided with a processor and an antenna. From a plurality of radio base station devices, the processor derives a connection base station for communicating user data to and from the radio communication terminal, and, on the basis of information about the use history of radio frequencies for user data communication for each radio base station device, assigns a radio frequency for user data communication between the connection base station and the radio communication terminal.
