Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a radio frequency amplification circuit and a radio frequency front-end module. The radio frequency amplification circuit comprises: a first coupler, which is configured to perform coupling processing on an input radio frequency signal, so as to generate a first radio frequency signal and a second radio frequency signal, the phase difference between which is 90 degrees; a first Doherty power amplifier, which is connected to the first coupler, and is configured to perform amplification processing on the first radio frequency signal, so as to generate a first amplified signal; a second Doherty power amplifier, which is connected to the first coupler, and is configured to perform amplification processing on the second radio frequency signal, so as to generate a second amplified signal, wherein the phase difference between the first amplified signal and the second amplified signal is 90 degrees; and a second coupler, which is connected to the first Doherty power amplifier and the second Doherty power amplifier, and is configured to perform coupling processing on the first amplified signal and the second amplified signal, so as to generate an output radio frequency signal. The radio frequency amplification circuit can achieve the goal of better impedance matching, thereby improving the stability and tolerance of the radio frequency amplification circuit.
