Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a Doherty power amplification circuit and a radio frequency front-end module. The Doherty power amplification circuit comprises at least two Doherty power amplifiers arranged in series, wherein the at least two Doherty power amplifiers comprise at least one first Doherty power amplifier which is arranged first and at least one second Doherty power amplifier which is arranged later; the first Doherty power amplifier is configured to perform gain pre-distortion processing on a first radio frequency signal; and the second Doherty power amplifier is configured to perform gain compensation processing on a second radio frequency signal. By means of the Doherty power amplification circuit, pre-distortion technology is applied to a gain adjustment process, such that a gain adjustment range is relatively large, and the adjustment process is simple and convenient, thereby facilitating the improvement of the gain adjustment efficiency; and the gain of a finally output radio frequency signal is more flat, thereby ensuring the linearity of the Doherty power amplification circuit.
