Abstract:
Disclosed are a radio-frequency power amplifier and a base station. The radio-frequency power amplifier comprises: an input balun, an in-phase side power amplification unit, an inverting side power amplification unit and an output balun, wherein the input balun is respectively connected to input ends of the in-phase side power amplification unit and the inverting side power amplification unit, and output ends of the in-phase side power amplification unit and the inverting side power amplification unit are respectively connected to the output balun; and input ends of an in-phase side power amplification device and an inverting side power amplification device are respectively connected to an input envelope elimination network, and output ends of the in-phase side power amplification device and the inverting side power amplification device are respectively connected to an output envelope elimination network. The radio-frequency power amplifier provided in the present invention can effectively reduce a memory effect, greatly reduce the complexity of linearization, reduce the cost of a communication system and improve the overall efficiency of the communication system, and has a wide application prospect.
