Abstract:
Provided are a radio-frequency retuning method and apparatus. The method comprises: determining a target symbol for radio-frequency retuning (RF retuning), wherein the target symbol is at least one symbol located between a starting symbol of a first hop of msg3 and an ending symbol of a second hop thereof; and performing RF retuning processing on the target symbol. In the present application, if an initial UL BWP of a UE is greater than a default system bandwidth, when frequency band hopping of a second hop occurs, a RF chain can be aligned with the frequency band where frequency hopping has occurred by means of RF retuning performed on the target symbol, such that the msg3 is sent to a network device by means of the second hop on the frequency band, thereby preventing the loss of related information of the msg3.
