Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a radio node such that a reduction in power consumption is achieved in a radio communication system. The radio node (10) is provided with: a first communication unit (11) for connecting to at least one communication device (20), which is allowed to connect to a network, and to another radio node (21); a determination unit (12) for determining whether or not there is any communication device (20) sending data through the first communication unit (11) in a state in which all communication devices (20) are connected to any one of radio nodes (10, 21) included in the network; and a control unit (13) for halting the first communication unit (11) when it is determined that there is no communication device (20) sending data through the first communication unit (11).
