Provided is a preparation method for a radioactive particle: preparing a first solution and a second solution, said first solution containing at least one type of positive ion and said second solution containing at least one type of negative ion, said positive ions and/or negative ions containing radionuclides; preparing a certain amount of a hydrophilic porous solid carrier, slowly dripping the first solution and the second solution in sequence into the porous solid carrier; the negative ions in the second solution and the metallic positive ions in the first solution react inside of the pores to generate radionuclide precipitates, which are collected, thereby obtaining the radioactive particles. Said porous solid carrier includes at least one of the following: a carbon-based material, aluminum oxide particles, titanium dioxide, diatomaceous earth, palygorskite, zeolite, a metal–organic framework, and a covalent organic framework polymer. The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, does not take a long time, and has low cost. Also provided are a radioactive particle and a use thereof in medications for treating tumors.
