Abstract:
The present invention provides radioactive perovskite, having a general formula of ABX3, A being at least one selected from methylammonium, formamidinium, a cesium cation, and a first radioactive element cation, B being at least one selected from a lead cation, a tin cation, a nickel cation, and a second radioactive element cation, and X being at least one selected from a chlorine anion, a bromine anion, an iodine anion, a formate, a hydrogen anion, and a radioactive element anion. Moreover, the general formula ABX3 comprises at least one of the first radioactive element cation, the second radioactive element cation, and the radioactive element anion. The present invention further provides a photovoltaic cell comprising a perovskite layer made of radioactive perovskite and a preparation method, and has the advantages of being high in energy conversion efficiency, simple in preparation method, lower in cost, and the like.
