Abstract:
The present invention provides an advantageous technique for improving the accuracy of sampling by using a structure in which each sensor unit of a sensor array comprises two or more sampling units. This radiographic imaging device is provided with: a sensor array in which multiple sensor units are arranged; and a drive unit for driving the sensor array. Each of the sensor units comprises: a detection element for detecting radiation; and sampling units capable of sampling a signal from the detection element. The sample units are connected to a signal line which transmits the signal from the detection element. The drive unit: performs first sampling drive and second sampling drive in which the signal being transmitted through the signal line is sampled using the sampling units; starts the second sampling drive before the completion of the first sampling drive; and completes the second sampling drive after the completion of the first sampling drive.
